Premium Service:
For those applicants who wish to pay extra for that personal touch and enhanced
customer service, this service will guarantee you one-to-one attention with a
dedicated member of staff who will guide you to a separate waiting area. Here,
your application will be dealt with in stylish surroundings with hot beverages
upon request. You can also receive an assistance in completing your visa
application form without paying an extra amount above your Premium service
charge of KD 11.000 per application…You will be quickly guided through
Biometric enrolment. We will also undertake any photocopying of documents that
you may require and take your photo for the visa application form if you
require this service too. Your time is precious, and your entire experience
will be one of speed, efficiency and the level of customer service you demand.
Once returned from the Embassy, your passport will be couriered back to you at
your home or office upon request. To book an appointment you should visit our

00965-2971170 for the assistance. You can simply present yourself to reception
and ask for the 'Business Class Service'. There is an additional fee for this
service of 11.00 Kuwaiti Dinars per application.

Passport Courier Return:
The VAC will courier your passport back to you for a small extra fee of 4.00
Kuwaiti Dinars. Ask for this service when you submit your application at one of
our service desks.

Form Filling:
Our staff will sit down with you and complete the visa application form on your
behalf for a small extra fee of 3.500 Kuwaiti Dinars. If you wish to have this
service, you should inform reception when you arrive at the VAC.

Photocopying of Documents:
If you are advised by our service staff that you will need photocopies of
certain recommended supporting documentation, for a fee of 0.100 Kuwaiti Fils
per sheet our staff will take copies for you.

Photograph Services:
Photograph Services available at the VAC at a rate of 2.500 Kuwati Dinar for 4
copies of passport size photograph.

SMS Service(SMS Disclaimer):
The VAC will send you an update on your passport status once it is returned
from the embassy through a SMS for a small extra fee of .400 Fills per SMS. Ask
for this service when you submit your application at one of our service desks.
