Complaints
We take any complaints about our service very seriously, and every
complaint is dealt with quickly and thoroughly.
There is a "Duty Manager" at each Application Centre who handles all
complaints. If you wish to lodge a complaint you should mark it to
the attention of the Duty Manager.
